Financial Statement services:
Audit -- A certified audit is the highest degree of assurance regarding financial statements that we, as Certified Public Accountants, can offer. Our audits are conducted in accordance with generally accepted auditing standards. We apply tests to the accounting records and perform other procedures, based on the results of our work, as to whether the financial statements are fairly presented in conformity with generally accepted accounting principles in the United States of America.
Review -- A review is conducted when clients need limited assurance that their financial statements are in conformity with accounting principles generally accepted in the United States of America. We make inquiries relating to the financial statements and then apply analytical procedures to identify unusual items or trends. A review is designed to evaluate financial statements, without applying more extensive audit-type tests.
Compilation -- A compilation is conducted when clients need assistance in the preparation of financial statements and do not require any assurance services to be performed. It involves the preparation of financial statements based on information provided by a company's management. Compilation services are performed in accordance with standards established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. It involves
