We represented a $150 million dollar real estate client in its settlement and divestiture through an IRC Section 355 Tax-Free Reorganization. The family split the assets of the company into two pieces with each part going their own separate ways. During the investigation, we assisted in uncovering fraud by a family member and several professionals that cost the family millions of dollars. We still represent the family in growing their business and advising them in all aspects of their business.
