Bender Ciccotto Assists Client to Recover Stolen Inheritance

Bender Ciccotto was brought in to detect fraud committed by family members trusted to look after the children of the deceased parents. We discovered funds were taken from an estate without proper authorization from the children. Using traditional accounting skills and forensic knowledge, we were able to plan, conduct, and report on a thorough and successful forensic investigation. Our team developed documentation in support of our findings which the children brought to the District Attorney, leading to the arrest of the individuals who committed the fraud and the recovery of stolen assets.
