We represent U.S. based freight forwarding company that is part of a public company on the Dubai stock exchange. We prepared a deferred tax comfort letter for the large international freight-forwarding company to use for their international auditing firm. The large international auditing firm prepared financial statements that required this assurance on the deferred income taxes of our client.
