Bender Ciccotto Successfully Assists an Education Company to Complete their Annual Audits by a Large National CPA Firm
We assisted a large Education company who operates in 3 different countries with the completion of their financial statement and compliance audits by a national CPA firm in an efficient and cost-saving manner. The client did not have the internal staff necessary nor the proper computer systems in place to perform all of the tasks required by the national CPA firm. We were hired to bridge the gap and perform most of the back-end internal accounting functions that the company could not perform themselves. We were involved in the audit from start to finish and were able to meet the filing deadline imposed by the U.S. Department of Education. We also assisted in developing the responses to audit findings on their U.S. Department of Education’s Annual Compliance Audit. Without the documentation and the detailed explanations we were able to provide for the audit findings, the company was in danger of fines or other penalties to be imposed by the U.S. Department of Education.
